My package has been returned/is being returned to sender, what should I do?


If tracking your order indicates that your package is being returned to sender, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The carrier attempted to deliver your package to your address, but no one was present at the time.
  • You may have entered an incomplete/wrong address when placing the order.
  • The delivery was refused during the delivery attempt (Please contact us via our "contact us" form for refusal of the package for refund).
  • In rare cases, the problem may be with the delivery service.

We will contact you as soon as possible if we receive your package and notify you by email to:

  • A refund (excluding customized products).
  • A reshipment.

If the status of your package is "Return to Sender", you can contact us and we will do our best to help you. Be sure to check that the shipping address you provided when ordering is correct. If not, please let us know via our "contact us" form.
